ANKO is reviewing whether or not to do KYC. If KYC is performed, all Multi (Duplicate, Fake) accounts cannot be withdrawn.
Multi-account withdrawals are verified by multi-factors such as IP, time, device, VPN, proxy, blockchain address, and referral user. and… If the amount exceeds a certain amount, withdrawal approval is rejected. ANKO filters generously. not strict
On January 15th, we will process withdrawals for some of the existing rejected withdrawals.
Probably most rejected withdrawals will not be processed.
After that, there may be KYC.

인출/전송 기능을 보강하기 위해 약 2주간 기능이 중단될 예정입니다. 더 이상 어뷰징 때문에 발목 잡힐 수 없어요. 어쩌면 kyc를 진행해야 할 수도 있습니다. (앙꼬도 원치 않지만 대안이 없다면..) 그렇게 된다면 더 이상 중복계정 인출은 불가해 지겠죠.
한국 유저들 중에선 중복계정이 거의 없고 있어도 귀여우신 수준이라 왠만하면 다 인출 허용해 드렸었습니다. 물론 해외 유저들도 어지간하면 다 인출 해줬고요. 그리 깐깐하게 안 했어요. 그렇다고 검증 자체를 물렁하게 하지는 않아요. 접속기기, ip 시간대 , 프록시, vpn, 전송주소, 추천가입자들 분포, 행동패턴 등 가능한 모든 것을 체크하고 있고 꽤 명확한 경우만 중복계정 어뷰징으로서 인출이 거절되었습니다.
그럼에도! 1월 15일 기존 거절된 인출에 대한 특별사면으로, 한 번더 너그러운 인출 처리를 할 거에요. 그 다음엔 어쩌면 KYC를 하게 될 수도 있습니다.
