Hi everyone

We received an inquiry that compensation for consecutive attendance checks had not been processed on December 30th, and the investigation into the matter took too long. In other words, at midnight in December, simultaneous connections to Angko’s homepage resulted in an instantaneous surge in the server’s process, resulting in overload for about 4 hours. On this day, the operator received inquiries from several users that 10 million ANKO had not been received, and began investigating the issue, thinking it was a database problem caused by server overload. The conclusion was that the problem was not identified. I can’t guarantee that it’s 100% true (just because we couldn’t find it doesn’t mean it’s not there), but after investigating all the accounts we received in response to complaints in early January, there were no problems for most of them, and although there were some ambiguous parts to some accounts, the reason why +10 million was not applied was. Couldn’t find it.

Because ANKO acquisition history that has been out of date for a long time has been deleted to manage ANKO Homepage’s database, it is not possible to add up all existing history and match it with the current balance.
Even during server overload, all attendance check-in details were recorded (normal), but no record was found as to whether calculations that increased the actual wallet balance were not processed.
Perhaps, during the continuous attendance check-in process in December, sometimes check-ins were made twice a day, and there were cases where bonuses that were supposed to be paid on the 30th were paid on the 28th and 29th. However, when I checked the wallet balance on December 30, it did not increase compared to the previous day, so it was a misunderstanding. There may have been. Most of the people who inquired about this have tens of millions of ANKOs, so I think the fact that the processing was done earlier than the scheduled date may cause misunderstanding. Please consider these aspects as well.
